• No need for small talk (unless you want to), you can come straight to the point.
• Describe your commission, or send an artwork and ask for pricing.
• Providing a link or image of your character helps a lot!
• I will only decline a commission if it's something I **cannot draw** (e.g. complex anatomy, architecture, tight deadlines).
• Payment: Must be done **upfront** or at least **a week before I reach your slot** on my to-do list.
• If payment is not received in time, you will be **skipped** until it's paid.
• Payment is usually done via **PayPal invoices.**
• Refunds: You can request your money back anytime (more details in my T.O.S.).

Work Process

• Once it's your turn in my To-Do List, I'll start your drawing.
• WIPs (work-in-progress images) are **only sent if you request them**, or if I need reassurance on details.
• Timezone differences or delayed responses might slow down the process.
• Once the artwork is finished, you will receive the **original file without a watermark**.
• If you also need a **watermarked version**, please ask!
• Sometimes, I upload commissions to **social media** (either immediately or after some time).
• Minor edits can be done for free, but **major edits may require extra payment**.

Important Notes

Be sure to **finalize all details before I start drawing** (e.g., if you need a transparent background for prints, tell me upfront).

⚠**Remember to save your commission!** While I also keep backups, I cannot **guarantee** I will always have the original file.
