Terms of Service: by hiring me you agree to my T.O.S.

Payment

I live in Europe, so it is EURO & all happens via PayPal. Transactions will be mostly done via invoices, so I need your PayPal e-mail.

Once paid, you will be added to my to-do list. It is also possible to be added without prior payment, though payment should be sent at least a week before I reach your slot in the list. If you fail to pay, you will be skipped and may get a message from me as reminder.

TAXES (WIP)

Due to Germany's / EU's Laws, I need to ask you to share your address nowadays, just so our Tax Office knows, I did those commissions for real people and not committing tax fraud.
When you earn a certain amount of money, you have to document it, like any other business / shop. That I also sell stuff over on ebay was the main reason for this change.

You can even give me a fake address/name if you feel more comfortable then.

If anyone wonders, since I have not asked anyone yet, how I list people atm in my tax program, with your Paypal Name + e-mail address, since I have no other info. But I definitely need to add full addresses eventually.

REFUND

Full refund: only possible if I have not started yet.

Partial refund: and how much depending how far I have gotten with your commission.

No refund: if the artwork is finished.

TIME

Depends on my to-do list, I finish at least one piece each weekend, so just check my todo, and count how many people. Example: If you are below 4 people, then you will most likely receive it in 4-5 weeks.

With a Deadline, you need to pay more (determined how much sooner it needs to be finished).

ONLINE ACTIVITY: If I do not reply within 24-48 hours, please send again! (sometimes I forget to reply over the day due to work) Please never expect instant responses, neither I do from you. My timezone is GMT+1.

Gore / Nsfw / Fetish Art, I don’t kinkshame👍I've seen it all, so don't worry to trigger me or anything.

Less experience but possible: Felines, mammals, fantasy creatures with alike anatomy to canines.

Anything else: Just ask & if I accept, you agree that it might not be perfect but I will definitely try my best otherwise I would not have agreed on this deal if I think I cannot draw it.

WHAT YOU CAN / CAN'T DO WITH MY ARTWORK

this goes for the people, who have commissioned me or got it as a gift:

✔ Upload it on any website
✔ Use it as avatar, for ref sheets, profile decoration, tattoo
✔ Print it out, but for personal / private use only.

✘ Do not claim it as your own
✘ Do not use it for commercial use unless I've given permission.
✘ Do not use it for AI training.

Watermark / Credit: If you upload it anywhere else, please give credit and ideally leave the watermark on it. Only exception would be for stylistic choices such as for a banner, Ref Sheet (but there you can mention me in the caption) decoration anywhere but if possible, would be cool if you keep it.

Designs: You can sell them if you don't love them anymore, just keep giving credit.

Copyright still belongs to me.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

I will reserve the right to upload the finished artwork wherever I want or not at all. (But you can still ask, in case it's kind of too private, emotional to be shown to the world.)
My style will change through time, it’s not consistent. So some examples might be a bit outdated.
Additional characters cost depending on your pose wishes, a bit less extra but usually just double the base price. Tiny animals (ex.: bunnies, birds, butterflies) def will cost less and count as decoration.
AI: I do not use AI in my art.
For Customers: I don't mind if you send me AI pictures relating to your characters, like a mood board, as ref for a design, etc. Accidental or not, it becomes harder and harder to see the difference, just happy you still want to commission an artist, and not a prompter.

FINAL EDITS / CORRECTIONS:
Once the artwork is finished, and you are not happy with it, I can only offer small changes (the finished piece is usually on a single layer, editing stuff, depending what, can be difficult), anything big will cost extra money. If you want to avoid such a possibility, you have to tell me before payment that you want to see WIPs, and/or be more precise with your wishes.

Suddenly want a transparent background on a piece with background? Better disclose this before payment but if you forgot, it may can be still done, either for free or some extra payment (in case the art is on a single layer after all)

WIPS:
Normally I do not send them at all, since I like drawing without major breaks in between, unless they were requested of course. So if you desire WIPS, please tell me beforehand.

Sometimes I send them myself, because I may need to ask something for clarity or simply for approval to continue with the way I went.

Since I work full-time, I've not as much time for art anymore, so I have developed this preference to talk all details out beforehand and one day deliver the finished piece, once it's your turn on my todo list. I like working without waiting for approval for every step. If you like some artistic freedom, or well surprises. I'm your artist. If you prefer to be involved in the process to avoid any errors, a pose you may not like after all, please mention this beforehand. That you would like to see WIPS (work in progress - pictures). Small corrections, like me forgetting to draw an earring cost nothing extra, but if you are unhappy with the general result, which would require to redraw quite a lot, it will cost extra. So if you have a very specific vision in mind, ask for WIPs. Also make sure to provide proper references, like when I just see one half of the character, I'll think its a symmetrical design. If your character has specific anatomical traits, which are not properly shown or mentioned on the Ref Sheet, please mention these too.
